Business Consultant Junior/Senior (H/F), Customers Services

The software company develops, implements and maintains a software for the management of shares, funds and derivatives. Our standard software system covers the whole workflow for the investment management of banks, asset managers and insurance companies. More than 180 financial institutions all over the world use our software. As a global player we are continuously expanding our market-leading position. The basis for our complex software is excellent know-how and a very good understanding of the requirements of our customers.

The tasks and responsabilities

• You are responsible for handling customer enquiries regarding the functionality of the software package.

• You make sure that the editor fulfil its obligations by providing, within foreseen lead-time, quality feedback on the enquiries.

• You advice our customers and propose ad-hoc solutions within the framework of the software package.

• You inform the HQ of potential errors and enhancement requests.

• You take the opportunities to build up your knowledge, about the use of our system and the processes in the asset management industry, and to become a business expert.

The requirements

• Master degree in Economics, Management, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics (ideally combined with Economics).

• Analytical with a strong interest for financial market and financial instruments.

• 2/5 years of experience ideally within an asset manager, an insurer, a consultancy company

• Service oriented with ability to prioritize tasks.

• Excellent team-working skills;

• Excellent level of French and English
